Course Cancellation Policy
Thirty days or more prior to the start date, your fee is 50% refundable. If you cancel less than thirty days from the course beginning, the deposit/fee is non-refundable. To can email sales@conoverworkshops.com, write or telephone and leave a message on our answering machine. If for any reason we cancel a course, your entire payment will be refunded.
Merchandise Returns Policy
Any item that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a refund or exchang for a period of up to 10 days of receipt of your order. Simply e-mail sales@conoverworkshops.com with your invoice number and the reason you are returning the item. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the produ defective or was sent to you in error.
